Food and wine festivals are typically held throughout the UK from January to December. Events of this nature can vary in location, size, and length, from a weekend, to a week, or even longer in some cases. Regardless of their length, most UK festivals require reliable and secure refrigerated storage for perishable goods.

Since it was first established in 1989, Spacewise has been accommodating companies working at events with a range of containers and rental agreements to accommodate both their short and long-term storage needs.

The containers we can supply for food, beer, and wine events vary. 10ft refrigerated containers are ideal for small, shorter festivals; they have the capability to reliably store up to x4 pallets per layer of perishable goods, while still being compact enough to fit on a standard car parking space. When a food and wine festival continues for a longer period, we frequently recommend either our best selling 20ft unit, or our huge 40ft unit, which can store up to x20 metric pallets per layer. All our units have flat flooring and can be supplied with aluminium ramps, which make loading and unloading products easier.

I wish to say Spacewise (Sharon) response time is superb (even whilst she is on holiday!) and time between my enquiry and quote provided is remarkably quick.

Equipment delivery is good quality and clean. Commissioning (usually next day unless otherwise organised) is complete by suitably qualified engineers and an ‘operating’ explanation given to the end user.

In addition their after-sales support is very good, tech. offering advice and engineer if deemed appropriate.
